At Iperbimbo, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a size isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can return any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Iperbimbo account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
